Livexa was started by a doctor who moved into product management. Years spent around clinics, then years leading IT projects. The pattern was hard to miss. Good clinics were invisible to the patients already searching for them, and the agencies quoting them were charging for overhead that had nothing to do with the work.
So clinics are what we build for. We know what a Monday morning at a busy OPD looks like, and we know what a project plan looks like when it slips.
