Terms of serviceThis policy is the notice required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It covers livexaworks.com, enquiries you send us, and the free tools in The Lab. Paid client work is also covered for personal data we hold as Livexa. A written client agreement may add specifics for that project.
Who we are
Livexa builds websites and runs the marketing behind them for clinics, local service businesses, and small businesses in India. Livexa is run by Dr. Akshat Patel. He determines why and how personal data is processed, which makes Livexa the Data Fiduciary under Indian law.
You are the Data Principal: the person the data is about. If you write on behalf of a clinic or business, we treat the personal data of the people named in that message (name, phone, email) under this policy.
Website: https://livexaworks.com. Email: hello@livexaworks.com. Phone and WhatsApp: 9327643980.
What this policy covers
This policy applies when you visit this website, use a Lab tool, send an enquiry, or become a client.
- This website, including the contact page, The Lab, and related pages
- WhatsApp, email, phone, and the contact form (the form opens an email draft to hello@livexaworks.com)
- Free tools in The Lab: QRLab, Namezy, and the Chrome extensions we publish
- Personal data we hold while delivering websites, visibility, or content work
It does not cover websites we build for clients once those sites are on their own hosting and under their control. Those businesses are responsible for their own notices to their customers.
It also does not cover other companies you reach through this site, such as WhatsApp, Google, or a social network. Their policies apply to what they collect.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need for the purpose at hand. We do not buy lists. We do not scrape your contacts.
What you give us
When you WhatsApp us, email, call, or use the contact form, you may share:
- Name
- Clinic or business name
- Phone number
- Email address
- What you need, and any other detail you put in the message
- Files or links you choose to send (logos, copy, photos, access notes)
If we take you on as a client, you may also share material needed to do the work: brand assets, Google Business Profile access, social logins you grant, website copy, and similar project files. We use those only for the work you asked for.
What arrives with a visit
This site is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. We do not run an analytics product (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no other tracker).
Cloudflare may process standard request data so the site can be delivered and kept available: IP address, date and time, browser and device type, referring URL, and the page requested. We do not use that data to profile you or to advertise.
We have a Google Search Console verification tag on the site. That helps us prove the domain to Google. It does not track individual visitors on these pages.
How we collect it
- Directly from you, when you message, email, call, or fill the contact form
- From the person at your clinic or business who is authorised to brief us
- From platforms you grant us access to for paid work (for example a Google Business Profile or a social account)
- Automatically, through ordinary hosting and security logs described above
The contact form builds an email to hello@livexaworks.com with the name, business, and need you typed, then opens your mail app. We receive that enquiry in email so we can search it later. WhatsApp remains the faster path when you prefer it.
Legal basis for processing
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process personal data only for a lawful purpose, and only where one of the following applies. India does not use a broad “legitimate interests” test. We map each use to consent or to a certain legitimate use listed in the Act.
- Voluntary provision for a specified purpose
- When you WhatsApp us, email, call, or send the contact form, you give us your details so we can reply, run the no-cost audit if you asked for it, and talk about the work. That is a certain legitimate use under section 7(a) of the Act. We use the data for that purpose. If you tell us to stop, we stop, except where the law still requires us to keep a record.
- Consent
- If we need to use your personal data for something beyond the reason you gave it, we will ask first. Consent will be free, specific, informed, and given by a clear action (for example a yes on WhatsApp or email). You can withdraw it as easily as you gave it, by writing to us. Withdrawal does not undo work already done lawfully before you withdrew.
- Legal obligation
- We may keep or disclose personal data when Indian law requires it: tax records, a court order, a lawful request from the State, or similar. That is a certain legitimate use under section 7 of the Act.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists. We do not run behavioural ads on this site.
How we use information
We use personal data to:
- Reply to enquiries and run the no-cost 15 minute audit you asked for
- Agree scope, price, and timelines, then deliver the work
- Send project notes, drafts, and the monthly note on what shipped, where that is part of the work
- Invoice, keep accounts, and meet tax and legal duties
- Improve this website and The Lab, using only what we actually see in hosting logs and in feedback you send
- Protect the site and our work from abuse, fraud, or security incidents
The Lab and free tools
Lab tools are built to stay on your device where we can manage it.
- QRLab
- QR codes are generated and scanned in your browser. We do not store the content you type, the images you upload, or the codes you make.
- Namezy
- Username checks use public platform rules and, where we look up a domain, public DNS and WHOIS. We do not store your searches. Confirm a name on the platform or registrar before you buy it.
- WAmpire and AKSAI (Chrome extensions)
- These run locally in your browser. We do not operate a backend for them and we do not collect the content you see in WhatsApp Web or the prompts you refine. Google’s Chrome Web Store has its own terms for install and updates.
If you email us feedback about a tool, that message is an enquiry and is handled like any other message under this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose needs it, or as long as the law requires. Then we delete it, or we ask any processor we used to delete it.
- Enquiries that do not become work: until you ask us to delete them, or until it is reasonable to assume you no longer need a reply, whichever is earlier
- Client work: for the life of the project and for a period after, so we can support what we shipped, keep accounts, and meet tax law
- Hosting logs: as retained by Cloudflare for security and delivery, which we do not control day to day
- Legal holds: if a dispute, claim, or legal duty requires us to keep a record, we keep it until that duty ends
You can ask us to erase your data. We will, unless keeping it is still required to finish the purpose you asked for, or to comply with law.
Security
We take reasonable security safeguards to prevent a personal data breach: limited access, careful handling of client logins you grant, and ordinary technical measures on the systems we use. No method of sending or storing data is perfect. If a personal data breach happens that Indian law requires us to report, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected people in the form the rules require.
Your rights
If we hold your personal data, you can ask us to:
- Give you a summary of what we process, the purpose, and who we have shared it with
- Correct, complete, or update it
- Erase it, unless the law or the original purpose still requires us to keep it
- Withdraw consent, where consent was the basis
- Tell us to stop using data you volunteered, where that was the basis
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act
Send the request to hello@livexaworks.com with enough detail for us to find your records (name, phone, and the clinic or business helps). We do not charge a fee for a reasonable request.
We may need to confirm it is you before we act. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will say why.
Children
This website and our services are for clinic owners and business owners, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. We do not track children, monitor their behaviour, or aim ads at them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Transfers outside India
Livexa is based in India. Some processors we rely on (Cloudflare, WhatsApp, email, and similar) may handle data on servers outside India. We only use them as needed to run this site and to reply to you or deliver work. We will follow Indian law on cross-border transfers, including any country restrictions the Central Government notifies.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices or the law change. The date at the top is the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the new version. For clients in active work, we will also send a note if the change affects how we handle their data.
Grievances
If you have a complaint about how we handle personal data, write to hello@livexaworks.com with the subject “Privacy grievance”. Dr. Akshat Patel handles these. We will respond within a reasonable period, not exceeding 90 days from the date we receive it.
If you are not satisfied after that, you may take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India, once you have used this grievance process.
Privacy contact
Write to hello@livexaworks.com. Dr. Akshat Patel answers privacy questions. You can also use akshat@livexaworks.com, WhatsApp, or call 9327643980. We respond within a reasonable period, and in any case within 90 days.
